A Walk to Remember

WELCOME-we are so glad you found us and are able to join us this year!

October is Infant Loss Awareness Month. With each step we take during the month may we honor and remember all the babies who were born silently into this world, those who were born and fought but could not stay, and those we never had the opportunity to meet. We miss you, we love you, we remember you always!

This year A Walk to Remember will be held on October 13th 2024. Beginning at 11 am The Hose Tower at 5699 Parking Street Greendale, WI will be open. There will be free parking near and around the site. Please stop inside the hose tower before the walk and look around. There will be resources for you to help with your continued grief journey, small crafts, memorial quilt squares, and tokens of remembrance for you and your loved ones to take with you. The walk will begin around 12 pm and the path for the walk is a 1 mile loop that starts and finishes at the Hose Tower. The route is handicap and stroller accessible so all are welcome to join. Dogs are also welcome but please have them on a leash at all times.

You may also purchase t-shirts through Dunn's Sporting Goods and they will be shipped to you. Please make purchases by September 10th to ensure they are received by the walk date.

Anytime during the month of October when you take a moment to honor your loved one and also during the walk please take a photo and post to your socials using #awalktoremember2024.

We will gather together to remember our children whom we never got the chance to see grow. We will share our stories and ways that we keep their memories alive. We will walk 1 mile and with each step we take we take in honor of them.
