The Cincinnati Parks + Rec for Wellness Hiking Series offers 24 weeks of free, guided wellness walks from May through October in parks across the city. Our goal is simple: help our community move more, feel better and connect to the beautiful public spaces we all share.
This week, we'll meet at the Mt. Airy Forest Arboretum. Meet at the Braam Memorial Garden Gazebo. The route will highlight the Arboretum's scenic trails, gardens and tree collection. After the walk, stay and enjoy a fun activity to connect with nature and community.
