The Cincinnati Parks + Rec for Wellness Hiking Series offers 24 weeks of free, guided wellness walks from May through October in parks across the city. Our goal is simple: help our community move more, feel better and connect to the beautiful public spaces we all share.
This week, join Amy Tobin for a hike in French Park. Park in the lot across from the French House. Our route will wind through wooded trails, open fields and quiet creekside paths. After the walk, stay and enjoy a fun activity designed to bring people together in nature.
