A Visit to the North Pole

Tickets are $5 per person. Children 1 and under are FREE, however, their ticket does not include a cookie or craft.

Important Reminders:

• Please remember when purchasing tickets that everyone needs a ticket including parents (adult ticket), children (2 - 17 years), and infant (0 - 1 years old). Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• Purchase tickets for the time that you will be coming. Ticket time slots are in hour and a half increments. Please arrive at your designated ticket time.
• Tickets cannot be used at alternate times.
• Refunds can be done up to 7 days prior to the event. The refund will not include service fees, however, we can transfer the ticket to another time slot if space allows.
• We cannot accomodate strollers and wagons in our building. If you have an infant, you are welcome to bring a carrier.
• All guests will be required to remove outdoor footwear and leave them in our coat/boot room. You may bring slippers or indoor shoes if you wish.
