A Valentine for Your Heart — Self-Love Edition with Natural Health Clinic's Elizabeth Otten, LAc

This special February gathering is designed to support heart health, emotional balance, and deep rest.

We’ll begin with a short, accessible talk on Heart health from a Chinese medicine perspective, followed by gentle Qi Gong to open the chest, support circulation, and calm the nervous system. From there, you’ll rest into community acupuncture, enhanced with vibroacoustic sound healing using singing bowls and tuning forks to support relaxation and integration.

As part of this experience, you’ll be offered a sparkling beverage or hot tea infused with a flower essence, traditionally used to support emotional ease and heart-centered connection. Each participant will also receive gold ear seeds to continue supporting heart and nervous system balance at home.
