Reflections invites you to a gentle, nurturing one-day retreat to give you the precious time and space you deserve.

This is a safe, supportive sanctuary for women to pause, breathe and turn inward.

Guided by Lisa (Yeshe Therapies: Counsellor, Psychotherapist, Reiki Master) and Bev (Woodland Mindfulness: Creative Therapist) you will be held through a restorative blend of mindfulness practices, guided visualisation and soothing sound meditation - supporting you to gently release, heal and alighn with the year ahead.

Set within the beautifully natural surroundings of Bromley Town Cricket Club, (Hayes Lane, BR2 9EF) the day offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Immerse yourself in nature's calming energy, reconnect with yourself, and experience deep rest, warmth and renewal.
