A Tram ride with stories of old Calcutta - Esplanade to Gariahat and back by AC Single Coach

This year marks the 154th year of the Tram services in Kolkata. Welcome on board for trundling down the old city when we share with you some interesting pieces of history on this route.
Trams are considered to be a 'heritage' themselves! This tour has been designed for both Photo enthusiasts and Heritage lovers and for all who love this city.
TOUR ITINERARY :
* Meeting at Esplanade Tram Depot by 8am for the introductory session.
* Board our AC Single Coach Chartered tram. The ride starts at 8:30am and finishes at 10:30am.
* Refreshments and tea will be served on board
* The tram will be used for the journey from Esplanade to Gariahat and back.
* We will share with you some interesting stories of the areas / localities as we pass by.
* Washrooms available at the Depot.
PLEASE WEAR:
*Comfortable dresses
*Flat Walking shoes
CHARGES Rs 1750/- per head (including refreshments on board).
WE EXPECT OUR GUESTS TO HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE FOLLOWING POINTS BEFORE BOOKING :
1) Seat numbers will be issued immediately in sequence on receipt of FULL PAYMENT.
2) The sequence will be in chronological order. As such anyone booking more than one seat, we cannot gurantee that your seats will be adjacent to each other in the same row.
3) AC Single Bogey Tram will be used. THE SEATS CAN BE INDIVIDUAL CHAIR LIKE SEATS SIDE BY SIDE OR RUNNING SEATS LIKE A BENCH ALONG THE SIDES OF THE BOGEY. It is not possible to confirm which kind of seats will be available on the day of journey, as WBTC will allot the Tram depending on their availability.
4) All these Tram Cars are refurbished Cars and we are not liable for malfunction of the AC or non availability of AC Car.
5) In the instance of malfunction of AC if a part of the tour cannot be conducted, then NO REFUNDS OR ADJUSTMENTS IN CHARGES will be made from our end.
6) In the instance of WBTC unable to provide us with an AC Car, then the Tour will be cancelled and held on another day to be DECLARED BY US. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN SUCH CASE AND ALSO TO ANYONE WHO CANNOT JOIN ON A LATER DATE.
7) Deboarding at any point on the journey is not allowed, except for any Medical emergency. The journey will be from Esplanade to Gariahat one way, a break of about 15 minutes at the Gariahat Depot and then the journey back from Gariahat to Esplanade.
