Join us for the fourth installment in this series - A unique experience blending professional makeup education with intentional self-reflection. For new or experienced artists and beauty lovers of all levels, learn how to enhance what already exists rather than conceal it.
Students learn not only how to apply makeup skillfully, but how to see themselves—and their clients—through a lens of respect, softness, and appreciation.
Special guest speaker, Bri Mak of Lucid Beauty, a Houston-based makeup artist and licensed beauty professional known for her versatility, seamlessly blending timeless beauty with bold creative artistry. Whether enhancing a client’s natural features or bringing an editorial concept to life, she creates makeup that is intentional, polished, and uniquely tailored to every face.Her passion for makeup began in childhood and led her to earn her cosmetology license while still in high school. She later graduated from Prairie View A&M University with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, combining her creative talent with a strong business foundation as she built her career in the beauty industry.
After relocating to Houston, Bri expanded her portfolio through collaborations with photographers, brands, and creatives across fashion, commercial, editorial, and beauty campaigns. Her experience with M·A·C Cosmetics further refined her artistry and expertise in working with diverse skin tones, textures, and makeup styles.
Today, Bri’s portfolio includes bridal, editorial, print, commercial, and celebrity work, earning her a reputation for thoughtful artistry, technical expertise, and an elevated client experience., you will not want to miss!

- Dress Code: Please arrive bare-faced or with minimal makeup so you can fully participate in the hands-on portion of the class. Aim to wear brown, white or black professional, artist style outfits!
- Class Format: This is a hands-on learning experience with demonstrations, guided practice, and open discussion about our guest artist and her journey to discovering her signature makeup style for her clientele base.
- Who This Class Is For: Beginners, Makeup enthusiasts, Aspiring makeup artists - Anyone wanting to discover their signature look for their own makeup routines.
- What to Bring: Your makeup kit, makeup brushes, tools for application, a model or friend (sign up necessary)
Photos & Content: Photos and videos are encouraged to be taken during the class for educational and promotional purposes.
Refund Policy: Tickets are non-refundable due to limited seating. Current students and graduates of Ogle School of Hair Skin and Nails may sign up with their school specific discount code.
