A supportive weekly connection in nature where you come together with others on their healing journey looking to understand and help the body, mind and soul heal. Each week (Some modifications for summer travel) we will connect for an hour and a half to help the body move into a balanced nervous system, learn how to better support your health pillars of wellness, understand energy and how to clear it, forest bathe in nature and then move into Theta with a group reiki meditation to signal healing. This will allow your body to understand it's safe to heal through a continuous pattern built over 8 sessions. Helping to break old loops and patterns that have been holding you stuck. Each week bring a blanket/Towel or yoga mat, (pillow if needed), a water bottle and a pen/paper to journal. We are simply creating a flow state, no experience necessary. Bring your friends and family members. This group is 16+. We will be meeting at Hyland lake park reserve in Bloomington. Meet at the Sunnyside sign (Facing lake) on the south end of the first parking lot on your right.
