A Taste of Tradition: A German Wine Dinner

For ages 21 & up

Celebrate the rich, diverse flavors of traditional cuisine as your tastebuds transport you to a cozy kitchen in the wine country of Germany. Each course will be paired with a complementary wine. We’ll chat about what makes each pairing so special, from a zesty sausage salad with a dry Riesling; to a tender beef pot roast and traditional sides with an earthy Pinot Noir; and for a sweet ending, aromatic baked apples with Germany’s signature dessert wines. Join us to enjoy a memorable night of learning and tasting, Deutschland-style! We’re excited to bring you a convivial dining experience full of traditional flavors.

Each course of the meal will be paired with a German wine. For ages 21 & up. Demonstration. You will not be cooking in this class.

• Wurstsalat (Sausage Salad)
• Sauerbraten (Five-Day Marinated Beef Roast)
• Spätzle (Egg Noodles) and Rotkohl (Red Cabbage)
• Bratäpfel (Baked Apples)

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
