From sun-drenched coastal vineyards to centuries-old kitchen traditions, the Mediterranean has given the world some of its greatest food and wine. Join us at Neon Record, Ballers’ new restaurant, for an evening that brings the two together.
Sommelier and Ballers member Kevin Wilson will guide you through a curated lineup of Mediterranean wines, sharing the history, regions, and winemaking traditions behind each pour. Neon Record chef Ja’mir Wimberly-Cole has designed a multi-course dinner to match, with each dish built to bring out the best in the glass beside it.
Along the way, you’ll learn why certain pairings work, what to look for when choosing wine for a meal, and how the region’s food and wine evolved side by side. Expect great conversation, a few surprises, and a full dinner that turns every course into a party on your palate.
