In a world of noise we will connect with silence with mindfulness meditation. We will also have easy to follow circle dance and relaxation.
About this Event

Held by the communit, the beautiful meditation space and the gardens, we will have two sessions of mostly silent meditation, separated by indoo walking meditation. Then we will have some supported/guided circle danc, with easy steps. We will round off the morning with deep relaxation.

The day starts at 10:30. Aim to arrive for 10:25.

The day will end at 1:30 and if you wish to stay and enjoy your lunch, we offer good tea and coffee.
