This special event pairs bold culinary creativity with carefully selected spirits, highlighting the harmony between Japanese cuisine and craft cocktails.

Guests will begin the evening with a welcome cocktail featuring Japanese whisky from Hatozaki Whisky, followed by a curated three-course dinner.

Crafted with Hatozaki Whisky, Yellow Chartreuse, Nixta Licor de Elote, and orange bitters.

Seared Yellowfin Tuna Nigiri
Two pieces of seared yellowfin tuna over vinegared fluffy fried yucca, topped with yuzu mojo and a jalapeño sliver. Served with pickled ginger.
