In this fun and interactive class, you’ll roll up your sleeves and dive into the heart of Italian cooking—from kneading silky pasta dough to rolling, cutting, and filling it like a true Italian chef. Along the way, Chef John will share insider tips, culinary secrets, and a touch of Italian flair that will have you cooking with confidence and style! 👨🍳
You’ll master the art of handcrafted pasta, bold sauces, and decadent desserts—all while sipping, stirring, and savoring every delicious moment. By the end of the evening, you’ll not only have a full belly but also the skills (and recipes!) to recreate these classics at home.

🧀 Cacio e Pepe – A true Roman classic! Deceptively simple yet utterly satisfying. Silky pasta tossed with a creamy sauce made from Pecorino Romano cheese and freshly cracked black pepper, creating a rich, savory coating that clings to every strand. With its perfect balance of sharp, salty cheese and bold peppery spice.
🍝 Fettuccine Alfredo – Creamy, cheesy, and velvety smooth, a timeless favorite that’s simple yet indulgent.
🍝 Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli – Handmade pasta pockets filled with a delicate, herbed ricotta and spinach mixture, served with a brown butter sage sauce.
🥖 Focaccia d’Altamura – A traditional Italian flatbread hailing from the Puglia region made with rich, golden semolina flour that gives it a tender, airy crumb and a slightly nutty flavor. The crust is perfectly crisp, brushed with olive oil and topped with olives, tomatoes, fresh basil, and flakey sea salt.
