Zsofie will share her personal stories and insights alongside Food Tours Managing Partner Kristie Brablec, who has hand-picked Hungarian wines to compliment stories of cultural and historical significance.

The evening begins with a selection of handcrafted cocktail appetizers, including pickled vegetables, traditional Liptauer cheese from Zingerman's Creamery and chicken liver pâté. Guests will savor a creamy mushroom soup to start, followed by a family-style entrée featuring Hungarian chicken paprikas, buttered spaetzle, crispy cabbage, cucumber salad, and Zingerman’s Bakehouse Dill Pogácsa. The meal concludes with the crowning jewel of Hungarian desserts: a decadent Krémes, crafted by Zingerman’s Bakehouse.
