Join me in the kitchen as we experience the flavors of China together.

Have you ever wanted to learn how to make homemade egg rolls with your child or grandchild? I'd love to invite you into the kitchen for a fun evening of cooking, learning, and spending quality time together.

Some of my favorite memories have been made in the kitchen, learning family recipes and creating something delicious with the people I love. That's exactly what I hope you'll experience during this class. It's more than learning a recipe. It's about slowing down, working side by side, and making memories you'll both take home.

This experience is designed for one adult and one child to cook together. Whether you're a parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, or another special adult in a child's life, you'll enjoy creating something delicious from scratch while building confidence in the kitchen together.

No experience is needed. I'll guide you through each step, making it fun, approachable, and enjoyable for both adults and kids.

Together we'll make:

• Homemade Egg Rolls

• Fresh Lemon Soy Garlic Dipping Sauce

• A specialty handcrafted drink to enjoy with our meal

Once everything is ready, we'll gather around the table to enjoy the meal we've created together.

Along the way you'll learn how to:

• Create and season a flavorful homemade filling

• Assemble, roll, and seal homemade egg rolls

• Tips for frying them until they're perfectly crispy

• Make a fresh Lemon Soy Garlic Dipping Sauce

• Simple techniques you can use to recreate everything at home

As we cook, I'll share kitchen tips, encouragement, and little tricks I've learned over the years to help take the guesswork out of making homemade egg rolls.

Before you head home, we'll end the evening by folding a simple origami crane, a meaningful keepsake that has become a symbol of gathering, connection, and hope. It's a simple reminder that some of life's most meaningful moments begin when we gather around the table.
