Welcome to A Taste of Brazil – Brazilian Food & Culture Evening, a hosted dining experience exploring Brazilian food, culture and social traditions.

This evening brings people together around a shared table to enjoy Brazilian-inspired food while learning about the stories, ingredients and cultural contexts behind the cuisine. Hosted by Brazilian food practitioner Gilda Slíva, the focus is on food as a way of connecting people — across cultures, backgrounds and experiences.

Rather than a party or a performance, this is a relaxed and welcoming space for eating, listening, conversation and connection. You’re invited to take part at your own pace — whether that’s through discussion, asking questions, or simply sharing the meal.
