A Tantra Soirée

Join us for a playful, lively and sensual night of Tantric explorations and connection.

This is a chance to strengthen your relationship to boundaries, express yourself, warm your heart, simmer in eros and just be yourself.

We will play with partnered and group practices including Tantric breath work, embodied play, movement and dyadic work. This is a night dedicated to experiential practice to reclaim the authentic expression of your essence. You will be offered continued guidance through a lively landscape.

The evening is open for both couples and individuals as well as beginner's or more advanced practitioners. Stir your inner passion and drop into your body. Cherish and be cherished wherever you are at.

We will hold a space honouring consent, clear communication and empowered boundaries.

FACILITATOR: Krista Nova is a Tantrika, a Ritualist and Sensualist who has been teaching and facilitating Tantric Spaces for about 18 years in the forms of Retreats, Classes, Workshops, Coaching and Rituals. She is the co-founder of the Heart of Tantra Festival. and Tantric Practitioner Training. She is a Relational Somatic Therapist who holds a trauma informed space. She loves supporting people to journey into the mystery.
