Come join us on Sunday, August 9 for the annual picnic. (This is the second Sunday to not coincide with Seafair Weekend.)
The SUPA Summer Picnic in an informal gathering at Luther Burbank Park on Mercer Island. Everyone is welcome. Share snacks, sing songs, have open mic, and lots of chat!
Bring: A chair, snacks to share, sunscreen, something to drink (booze is not allowed in the parks, FYI), that song you've been working on, your underloved songbook, a friend... all the things. Your uke, of course.
Location: We meet at the amphitheater (follow the signs for the dog park). Parking can get tricky later in the day especially if the weather is nice. North Lot parking (via 84 the Ave SE) is the closest.
FYI, this is a "guerilla gathering" - so no pesky reservations, tables, picnic tables, etc. We recommend you bring your own supplies for picnicing or sharing with others!
