A Summer Worth Living: Reclaiming Who You Are
About this Event
A Summer Worth Living: Reclaiming Who You Are | An Immersive Kintsugi Retreat Experience
There comes a point when many of us look around and realize we've become incredibly good at managing life—but we've quietly lost touch with ourselves.
We've spent years building careers, caring for families, meeting expectations, and carrying responsibilities. Somewhere along the way, we stopped asking one simple question:
Who am I outside of everything I do?
A Summer Worth Living: Reclaiming Who You Are is a half-day immersive retreat created for anyone longing to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the person they've been all along.
Together, we'll explore identity beyond titles, productivity, and expectations through thoughtful conversation, guided reflection, gentle somatic practices, a shared meal, and a hands-on kintsugi experience.
Kintsugi is the ancient Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold dust that highlights the beauty of its cracks, imperfection, and impermanence. While our experience is inspired by this beautiful tradition, this retreat isn't about fixing what's broken.
It's about reclaiming your story.
You'll intentionally break and reclaim a handcrafted ceramic vessel as a powerful reminder that the experiences that have shaped you—both beautiful and difficult—are not flaws to hide, but meaningful parts of who you are becoming.
Whether you're navigating a transition, feeling disconnected, craving more intention, or simply longing for a day to pause, this retreat offers space to remember yourself.
You don't need to arrive with answers.
Only curiosity.
