Our Savior's is excited to invite you to a local production of "A Stranger for Christmas." Christmas is in the air, but not for Florence. She sees the beginning of "Annie" and complains that no one would adopt an old lady for Christmas. Her nursing home roommate Myrna disagrees, confident her children would. Florence challenges her, saying, “Prove it.” What follows is an unexpected turn of events for Myrna. She starts to question whether or not her adult children, now with families of their own, DID learn the lessons she thought she had taught them growing up. Would they welcome a stranger for Christmas? If you love watching The Best Christmas Pageant Ever, you will enjoy this heartwarming story, too.
The production is a collaboration by Teresa Tande Darling, Emily Foss, and Peter Foss, with the free will offering going towards OSLC continuing its mission of benevolence. It is performed with special permission from Eldridge Publishing Company.
