There will be a Cocktail Hour beginning at 5:30 PM with passed Hors D'Oeuvres and a No-Host Bar, followed by a Seated Dinner by Chef Bryan Byard including a choice of Borolo Short Ribs, Atlantic Salmon or Vegetarian.
