A morning retreat - time for Self Care, Discovery and Creativity
10am-1pm: Self Care Nature activities 1-2pm: Plant-based lunch
A journey of green care is an emerging reality that includes a “range of activities that
promotes physical and mental health and well-being through contact with nature”.

- Spring Cacoa ceremonial drink and intention setting to begin
- Woodland mindfulness walk and breath work
- Wildland foraging and plant medicine - create a seasonal remedy for your self
- Propagation and Seed Saving - Identify and collect herbs and seeds to grow across the landscape
- Horses and aromatherapy- experience the combined healing powers of horse company and herbal aroma infusions
- Walled Garden Tour -unravel a rich history and beautiful biodiversity around you
- Garland making - adorn your special place with a seasonal composition
- Biodynamic body scrubs and body salts
- Micro green and container gardening: the art and science of small steps
- Leaf tea making and tasting - with fresh pickings and contemplative rituals
- Botanical sketching and journalling around the garden
