A Sparkling Christmas with La Nova Singers

This December, Dorset's premier women's choir present a magical candlelit concert: a joyful performance of Sir John Rutter's ‘Dancing Day', alongside many more favourite Christmas songs and carols. Expect heart-warming Yuletide tunes, glittering lights and warming mulled wine at this family-friendly musical experience!

'Dancing Day' is a cycle of eight traditional carols arranged by John Rutter, one of Britain's most popular living composers - and known as 'Mr Christmas' for his catchy festive tunes! Alongside this will be a sparkling seasonal selection of classical, traditional and much-loved Christmas songs by composers such as Holst, Howard Goodall, Karl Jenkins and more. Expect to hear some of your favourite carols, in arrangements perfectly suited to La Nova Singers' classically trained female voices.

We are also pleased to be joined by talented instrumentalists from Poole Society for Young Musicians, who will be performing some festive favourites.

There will be festive refreshments available to purchase in the interval.
