Join us on Thursday, August 21 for the next A Space of Our Own: Black Women in Community, hosted by Coach T at the Fredericksburg Area Museum. This month, we’re honored to welcome two incredible guest speakers from Yet Stand, Inc.This session is titled Thrive Sis: Mental Health Without the Mask, a candid and compassionate space to explore the mental health challenges uniquely faced by Black women.

Through Yet Stand, Inc., she empowers youth, women, and families facing issues like abuse, addiction, mental health struggles, and more. Her work is rooted in resilience and transformation.

- A counselor, ministry leader, and entrepreneur, Christina merges faith and clinical insight to support couples, individuals, and communities. With a heart for healing and a passion for empowerment, she helps others navigate mental health and spiritual wellness.
