In a world that moves fast and demands a lot from us, Return to Stillness offers a gentle space to slow down and reconnect. This immersive sound bath invites you to step away from the constant noise of the world and into a quieter rhythm—one where your nervous system can soften, your thoughts can settle, and your breath can deepen.

Immersed in the soothing tones of the Chinese Chau gong, 432hz singing crystal bowls, therapy harp, crytsal harp, and various chimes, you'll be guided into a deeply relaxed state where your body can release tension and your mind can find ease. There's no effort required, just come as you are and allow the sounds to wash over and through you.

This is a time to come home to yourself. To remember the quiet that’s always been there beneath the surface. To rest, restore, and return to stillness.

Your comfort is an important aspect of your overall experience. Keeping in mind that you will be laying on the floor, please bring items with you that will aid in your comfort. Think of making yourself a cozy nest. Camping mattress / sleeping bag / padded mat / blankets / pillow / etc.

I will guide you through a toe to crown relaxation awareness and short guided visualization (the first 8 - 10 mintues) while introducing the first tones of the instruments. Then I am quiet for the remainder of the sound bath as the sounds guide you.
