Creative Flow: A Sound & Art Experience is a 90-minute immersive workshop designed to help you slow down and connect with your natural creativity.The session begins a guided meditation to gently relax you and open your creative awareness and inspiration, followed by a 20-minute crystal singing bowl sound bath.
Following the sound bath, you’ll be invited to create your own artwork in a relaxed, supportive space for the remainder of the session. Using materials such as watercolours, pastels, or practices such as mindful doodling and mandala colouring, you’ll explore creative expression without pressure, judgment, or expectation.
No prior art or meditation experience is needed.
