Join Sage Sanctuary founder, Cory Bailey-Fernandez, for a journey in and through the body with this Somatic Experience. Somatic Experiences and Therapies are specialized mind-body exercises designed to help release the stagnant emotions and traumas of the past that are negatively impacting your current reality and well-being (physically, mentally, or emotionally). A Somatic Experience class offers a distinct approach, featuring a blend of energetic and flowing movements and gentle, inward reflections. Our sessions aim to liberate you from the stress, anger, frustration, guilt, shame, and pain that can hinder your ability to engage joyfully in life.
Although we will likely break a sweat (and shed some tears) throughout our journey, no prior experience or fitness level is necessary. Everyone is welcome.
**Please come dressed comfortably and prepared to engage both physically and mentally. Don't forget to bring your yoga mat and a water.
