This Somatic Breathwork Journey is an invitation to intentionally slow down, turn inward, and release what the body and mind is still carrying; all through breath 🫁
Somatic Breathwork is a guided breathwork experience to support mind and body wellness, increase resilience and nervous system regulation. Through rhythmic breathing patterns, the nervous system is gently stimulated to disrupt habitual stress responses stored in the limbic system and fascia of the body. The body releases old tension and emotional residue where many people report alleviating stress or other emotional imprints, feeling grounded and clearer, or connecting with an inner wisdom often overshadowed by daily stress.

The Session Includes:
• A memory foam pad to lay on for the duration of your session
• Guidance on the breathwork techniques used
• Review of what you can potentially experience and how to get the most out of your session
• A journal for intention setting, post-session reflections and integration (You are welcome to bring your own journal)
• A 55–60-minute guided breathwork session with breath-holds, verbal cues, and supportive music
• Available support from the facilitator throughout your session
• Post-session integration time and sharing circle (sharing is always optional but encouraged)
*Please avoid eating a meal 60 minutes prior to the breathwork session*

Meet your Host & Facilitator:
Kimberly Quezada is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, certified clinical & integrative trauma professional, and a certified breathwork facilitator whose work centers on the connection between breath, wellness, nervous system regulation and emotional healing.
Kimberly has been personally practicing breathwork for over 13 years and has coached hundreds of people in transforming their life through breathwork and other integrative practices.
In these Somatic Breathwork sessions, she creates intentional spaces for nervous system regulation, increased self-awareness, and embodied transformation. Her approach integrates therapeutic knowledge with supportive and transformational breath practices to support participants in accessing greater presence, resilience, and inner connection.

######### WHAT TO EXPECT #########
Before your session begins, you will be guided through a 30-minute breathwork review, which covers the breathing techniques used, what you can potentially expect, and how to get the most out of your session.
Intention-setting through journaling or quiet reflection begins before being guided into a relaxation exercise. From there, your 55–60-minute guided breathwork session will begin, using rhythmic breathing patterns, music, breath-holds, and guidance cues.
After the breathwork session, there will be time and space for quiet reflection and integration. Participants are encouraged to journal or hold space for what was experienced in the session. This helps not only to ground, but to integrate the experience where the mind and body is more open to reinforce insights received. Integration time concludes with space for verbal sharing. Sharing is always optional and questions are always welcome.
After your breathwork session has concluded, we recommend other forms of integration; like quiet reflection time, spending time in nature, gentle stretching, journaling, hydrating the body and mindfully enjoying a snack.
