An intimate new way to dine - guided meditation, seasonal food & soul connection.
About this Event

The Experience

Soil to Soul invites a return to connection - to dine in a new way, while honoring old wisdoms. Every part of this evening is carefully and intentionally curated.

We will begin the evening with guided breathwork and meditation, to awaken our intuition, bring presence, and to connect deeply with ourselves and our food. What follows is a seasonal farm-to-table meal, cooked lovingly by a local chef, celebrating seasonal, organic ingredients, and served in handmade earthenware - each element reflecting the rhythm of the land and the intention of the heart.

Local. Organic. Connected - signaling to the gut, the heart, and the brain that this meal, this experience, is about health, healing, compassion, and connection.

It’s an invitation to slow down, to listen inward, and to remember the sacred relationship between soil, food, and soul.

“There was a sacred kind of listening in the air…The food was more than nourishment. It was a blessing; a prayer offered through taste and care. And as I received it, I felt something I rarely do, that the food was enough, and so was I.”– Bina, past guest

Healing from the Inside Out

In Hawai‘i, there is a powerful phrase, Mai Na Loko, which translates to “inside sickness.” It describes how deep emotional wounds, especially those born from conflict or trauma, can make the body physically ill.

Modern science now echoes this ancient wisdom. Through the field of psychoneuroimmunology, we understand how stress and trauma can lead to chronic inflammation, digestive issues, and affect mental health through the mind-body connection. Emotional pain often begins in the gut and spreads throughout the body.

Our food carries its own story of stress and disruption, from industrial farming to ultra-processing. When our nourishment is stripped of care, vitality, and relationship, so too is our well-being.

Health begins inside. What we hold in our hearts and minds shapes what happens in our bodies.

About Soil to Soul

Soil to Soul is not a restaurant, nor a typical dinner, it’s a return to relationship.

A small circle, gathered with intention, where food becomes a bridge between self, soil, and community. Each meal is crafted to be experienced slowly - as nourishment, meditation, and communion.

These gatherings are still small and quietly growing, they are curated with care, with each seat holding presence and conversation that ripple outward.

Joining us now means being part of something in its seed stage - intimate, authentic, and rooted in gratitude for what we grow, prepare, and share together.
