The evening begins at 6:00 pm with time to connect with fellow participants over light snacks and refreshments. At 6:45, the music begins, inviting you into a shamanic journey of ecstatic dance and sound healing frequencies designed to help release emotions and stagnant energies held within the body.
This is a welcoming space for everyone—whether you choose to dance freely, move gently from a chair, or simply allow the vibrations to move through you. There is no wrong way to experience this journey. Let the music guide you as you reconnect with your body, spirit, and the healing power of sound.
As the evening winds down, we'll rest together in sacred silence, allowing integration and stillness. Space will be held for anyone who wishes to share their experience with the group.
