Weekend Workshop with Lois Steinberg:
Friday 8th August 6.00-8.00pm
Saturday 9th August 10.30am -1.30pm
Saturday 9th August 4.00-6.00pm
Sunday 10th August 9.00-12.00am
For general level & experienced students
Cost $400 for the 4 classes (10 hrs of teaching)
Therapy classes with Lois Steinberg:
Monday 11th August 3.00-5.00pm Neck and Shoulders
Tuesday 12th August 3.00-5.00pm Yoga for Mental Health
For experienced, teachers & trainees. Students can attend individual classes.
Cost $75 per class
