A multi-sensory immersive experience exploring how the elements of nature - Earth, Air, Fire, Water and Ether - mirror the internal shifts of the female hormonal lifecycle, from the Reproductive Years through the Threshold of Perimenopause, and into Postmenopause, the Wise Woman phase. This nourishing workshop is designed for anyone seeking balance, embodied presence and a renewed connection with their inner hormonal landscape.

Facilitators
Vanessa Jaich
Vanessa Jaich is a Registered Naturopath and Nutritional Therapist specialising in female hormonal health, cyclical rhythm, gut health and nervous system regulation. Her approach weaves together functional nutrition, naturopathic principles, somatic awareness and food-as-medicine to support whole-body balance. She works 1:1 with clients online and regularly leads workshops and retreat menus centred on seasonal nourishment. She trained at CNM London and is informed by Gabor Maté’s Compassionate Inquiry approach.
Eleanor Yankah
Eleanor presents Floating Frequencies: restorative sound experiences rooted in nervous system regulation, vibrational therapy and sensory immersion. Using Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, gong and atmospheric soundscapes, her work supports rest, clarity and emotional release.
