Come along and join in a class which is exercise in disguise….Clubbercise is a group fitness class which is a simple, fun filled dance, combat and toning class which uses glow sticks and performed to club anthems from 90’s classics to latest chart hits taught in a darkened room with disco lights.
Higher and lower options are shown throughout so perfect for all whether you new to the fitness world or fitness fans.
You won’t even know you are working out!!!
Class is £6 �Reusable Glow-Sticks - £5.50
Minimum age 13 (with an adult)
