A New Chapter. A Renewed Commitment. A Higher Standard.
Leadership is more than a title. It is a responsibility to serve, to listen, to lead with integrity, and to create opportunities for those who place their trust in us.
Join the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Atlanta for A Seat at the Table, a distinguished and formal installation ceremony welcoming our 2027 Board of Directors.
Hosted in the sophisticated boardroom setting of The Commerce Club, this occasion marks more than a ceremonial transition. It represents a renewed commitment to organizational excellence, transparent leadership, meaningful member engagement, and the principles that make Women’s Council an influential professional network.
Restoring the Standard. Rebuilding the Experience.
As we enter 2027, our vision is clear: to strengthen the foundation of our network by restoring structure, reinforcing accountability, and placing the needs of our members at the center of every decision.
We believe a thriving organization begins with leadership that is accessible, purposeful, collaborative, and committed to delivering value.
Our incoming leadership team is dedicated to:
Restoring Organizational Excellence: Establishing clear expectations, effective communication, and consistent leadership practices.
Rebuilding Member Confidence: Creating an environment where members feel heard, respected, supported, and represented.
Prioritizing Member Value: Delivering meaningful education, professional development, strategic relationships, and business-building opportunities.
Strengthening Our Network: Encouraging collaboration among industry leaders, strategic partners, local networks, and the broader real estate community.
Leading With Accountability: Ensuring that every initiative, partnership, and leadership decision supports the long-term success of our membership.

This installation symbolizes our commitment to returning to the fundamentals of effective leadership while embracing new ideas, new opportunities, and a stronger vision for the future.
Together, we will honor the legacy of those who have led before us, celebrate our incoming board, and establish a collective commitment to a more connected, engaged, and empowered Atlanta Network.
