Our beloved Ruby-throated Hummingbirds will be returning in a few weeks. Where have they been all winter, and how do they maintain their high energy lifestyle? And are you ready for them? This session will take a closer look at some of the amazing adaptations unique to these tiny, feathered friends including migration, feeding behavior and breeding.
Judy Walker, long time member of Mecklenburg Audubon Society will also discuss how to attract them to your backyard and help them survive.
