A Sacred Sound Journey: Embracing the Winter Pause

We are excited to have you for this immersive sound journey experience on Friday, January 16th, 6:30PM - 8:00PM, to more deeply connect with ourselves during this month's sacred winter pause.

We will co-create an inner sound journey, combining light breath work, vocal toning and a rich soundscape of ancient Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, melodic chimes, and most importantly, restorative silence.

We invite you to arrive a few minutes early when doors open at 6:15PM to get settled in so that we can start the experience promptly at 6:30PM. Due to the nature of the event, doors will close at 6:30PM.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• 6:15PM - 6:30PM: Arrival & Grounding (Doors close at 6:30PM)
• 6:30PM -6:45PM: Setting Expectations & Intentions

• 6:45PM - 7:45PM: Immersive Sound Journey

• 7:45PM - 8:00PM: Closing Circle & Integration
