Terence has been consistently practicing yoga since 1991 and teaching since 1999. His approach is clear and simplistic, breaking down complex alignment principles into easily graspable and often humorous concepts. He is a certified Iyengar teacher and Rolfer®. Filled with authenticity and integrity, Terence has mastered the art of making the most obscure practices accessible and making everyone feel at home on their yoga mat.
