Step into a Higher Version of Yourself

Take a break from the holiday and work stress to focus on you. This retreat offers a safe, supportive space to relax and reconnect with your truest self—the part of you that knows what you want and is ready for meaningful change.

• Chakra clearing- learn a personal practice
• Cord release ritual to let go of what no longer feels aligned
• Guided Meditation- Intention for the future
• Reflective journaling and group discussion
• Light refreshments

We will set intentions and participate in practices to help release old patterns—like guilt, shame, people-pleasing, and unhealthy relationships—creating space for more joy, clarity, and meaningful connections.

You’ll leave feeling more confident and grounded and will take away some practical tools to support you in the new year.

Optional Evening Event:

We’ll conclude the day with a fire ceremony and drumming circle to seal in your transformation.

The evening event is free for retreat attendees and open for others to purchase tickets. Anyone can attend the evening event, which will be located at Zenna!

1:00-4:30 Retreat

5:00-6:30 Fire Ceremony & Drum Circle (Optional- free for retreat attendees, others will have the option to purchase tickets.)
