A Sacred Reset: Releasing the Old & Calling in the NewAs we prepare to cross the threshold into 2026, you are invited into a sacred space of release, reflection, and intentional creation.
Join Kay Hamilton and Jen Oak for a deeply transformational experience where you will gently release energetic blocks, subconscious patterns, and emotional weight that have been limiting your ability to move forward.
This opportunity caters for a small intimate group of up to 9 people only. It will be held at the amazing setting of Spirit Rise, Ceremony and Wellness retreat located close to Exeter, in the Tamar Valley, Tasmania.
Jen Oak will support you through a powerful 9D breathwork journey "Unleash Your Power - Activation".
9D Breathwork is unlike any other breathwork you’ve experienced. You’ll wear a headset with immersive surround sound, guiding you through breath, vibration, and subtle frequencies that help you feel and move deeper than usual - in your body, in your mind, and even in places you didn’t know were holding tension.
It’s an experience that can take you deep, but you are always in control to meet you where you are. Some people feel waves of emotion, others a deep calm, clarity, or energy they’ve been missing. There’s nothing to get “right”, you just breathe, and the process carries you.
This is for anyone ready to feel themselves more fully, to reconnect, and to explore the depth and unleash their power using their own breath in a way that’s unique to 9D.
The journey will conclude with the beautiful crystal singing bowls to allow the body to integrate and absorb the healing frequencies and come back to self.
We will have a short break for refreshments(provided)
Kay will then lead you through a powerful chakra guided meditation, aromatic experience and sound bowls, working with high-frequency essential oils and sound to anchor your intentions and align your energy with what you are ready to receive in the Year of the Horse - a year of expansion, movement, and empowered action.
This is a space to reconnect with your inner wisdom, reclaim your personal power, and consciously set intentions for a year led by clarity, balance, and purpose.

We will have a ½ break for integration and refreshments
Session two- 1.5 hours
3:30 - 5pm - Aromatic meditation for break through and intention setting
