Several sponsorship opportunities are available:
PREMIER EVENT SPONSOR ($4,000) Provides participating golfers with golf giveaways featuring your company’s name/logo. Includes 3 foursomes, company name/logo included in all public relations materials, social media efforts, the Caitlin’s Smiles website, and e-blasts sent to the Caitlin’s Smiles database. Template for press release highlighting your involvement with Caitlin’s Smiles. PLUS, recognition at dinner, signage throughout the property with an area/table to display or distribute information the day of the event.
PLATINUM EVENT SPONSOR ($2,500) Provides steak dinner for participating golfers on the day of the event. Includes 2 foursomes, company name/logo included in all public relations materials, social media efforts, the Caitlin’s Smiles website, and e-blasts sent to the Caitlin’s Smiles database. PLUS, signage on the property the day of the event and recognition during the dinner.
GOLF BALL SPONSOR ($1,500) Sponsor a sleeve of Caitlin's Smiles golf balls for every golfer. Includes a foursome, company name/logo on public relations materials, social media efforts.
BEVERAGE SPONSOR ($1,200) Sponsor the beverages for the day. Includes a foursome, signage at the course, company name on public relations materials, social media efforts.
POKER CHIP SPONSOR ($1,200) Sponsor Poker Chips for the tournament. Includes a foursome, signage at course, company name on PR materials and social media efforts.
SNACK SPONSOR (1,200) Sponsor the snacks for the day. Includes a foursome, signage at the course, company name on public relations materials, social media efforts.
BUSINESS FOURSOME ($600) Includes a foursome, sponsored tee sign, goody bags and steak dinners. Plus, social media recognition.
FOURSOME ($400) Includes 4 golfers, goody bags and steak dinners.
INDIVIDUAL ($100) Includes 1 golfer, goody bag and steak dinner.
Each Foursome includes:
18 holes of golf along with a registration gift package, and a steak dinner following the tournament.

GOLF CART SPONSOR ($500) - Send smiles to kids in Emergency Departments. Your sponsorship will provide 100 Coping Kits for them to use during their time there. Your company name/logo on signage at course. Social media recognition and recognition at the tournament dinner.
TEE SPONSOR ($200) - Your sponsorship will provide Craft Kits to 200 children in medical facilities. Your company name/logo on a tee sign at an individual hole. Social media recognition.
Registration begins at 12:00 PM
Start at 1:00 PM
Four-person scramble.
Golf attire must be worn at all times (No jeans, cut-offs, or metal spikes).
Men play from white tees.
Women play from red tees.
Senior tees for ages 65+.

Top three groups
Proceeds from this tournament go to providing arts & crafts activities to children in medical facilities. Caitlin's Smiles serves children receiving treatment in 200+ medical facilities in the mid-Atlantic region. In central PA, we serve children undergoing treatment at Penn State Hershey Children's Hospital, Harrisburg Hospital, Hampden Medical Center York Hospital, West Shore Hospital, Penn State Holy Spirit Medical Center, Hanover Hospital, Chambersburg Hospital, Lancaster General Hospital, and several others.
