A Romantic Regency Afternoon

Dearest Gentle Readers,

The Detroit Public Library wishes to invite all Bridgerton fans, Janeites, and Regency-era enjoyers to an afternoon ball in Adam Strohm Hall. Entertainment shall include:

• A dance caller who will teach actual period dances
• DIY dance cards and paper fans
• Light refreshments
• A selfie station with photo props

Period dress or modern formalwear is encouraged but not required.

Craft supplies and refreshments will be first come, first served. Registration is not required, but we recommend RSVPing to receive reminders and updates. This event is free and open to the public.
