A Romantic Regency Afternoon

The Detroit Public Library invites you to spend the afternoon dancing crafting and enjoying refreshments in your finest period regalia.

Dearest Gentle Readers

The Detroit Public Library wishes to invite all Bridgerton fans Janeites and Regency-era enjoyers to an afternoon ball in Adam Strohm Hall. Entertainment shall include:

• A dance caller who will teach actual period dances. Karen Dunnam prompts to recorded music.
• DIY dance cards and paper fans
• Light refreshments
• A photo booth with a photographer on site to commemorate your experience

Period dress or modern formal wear is encouraged but not required.
