Join us in the Old Hall at Newton Mearns Parish Church for a 90-minute immersive soundbath. An afternoon to slow down, soften, and take time for yourself before the week ahead.
You will be immersed in live acoustic sound using gongs, crystal bowls, chimes, and bells, unfolding slowly in a spacious field of resonance.
This is a space to let go, rest, and return to stillness. The session is open to all and no prior experience is needed.
Many people find soundbaths supportive for stress, sleep, or emotional balance, but the invitation is simply to rest.
