This is the summer of change – and it’s starting sooner than you may think. The recent NAR settlement has triggered substantial changes to our NVAR forms including the sales contract, buyer agency and listing agency forms. All the changes go to into effect on July 1st.
Please join us as we review the changes and timelines in detail.
