Join us at the Great Smoky Mountains Heritage Center for a hands-on herbal tea class that connects tradition, wellness, and Appalachian history.
In this immersive workshop, you’ll learn the basics of herbal tea blending while exploring how our Appalachian ancestors used herbal teas for both health and enjoyment. Together, we’ll slow down, learn, and take part in a special Appalachian Tea Ceremony rooted in tradition and community.
