Sensory Notes: Lights will be low or off, with candles being our light source. Stories will be played for this class.
What else to bring: Please bring your mat, water and any other props you may enjoy using, and dress for comfort. For restorative classes, a strap, blocks, and a blanket or two are highly recommended, as is a yoga bolster or overstuffed, very firm pillow or couch cushion. If you don’t have straps or blocks, no biggie. We have extras of those.
Parking: Parking is down a long driveway, off 7th Street. You’ll see two brick columns on either side of a gate. This is the right place. Come up the drive and park in the driveway at the top of the hill.
We ask that if you do take photos in class, you make sure everyone in the photos wants to be. We do not offer refunds to credits for classes, but your reservation can be transferred to another student by you, for the same class you've reserved a spot for. Thank you for understanding.
