Join Kat on the eve of the Winter Solstice for a healing sound bowl session to wash away the stress of the holidays.
This time of year the days are short and yet as busy as ever. Set aside this quiet evening to enjoy the sounds and vibrations of our extraordinary crystal bowls while Kat’s soothing voice guides you into a deep state of relaxation. You’ll feel rested and ready to manage the rest of the wonderful (but sometimes hectic!) holiday season.
