A relaxing and restorative sound bath in South Shields.

We would like to invite you to our next Sound Bath 18th July
Whatever is unfolding in your life right now, a sound bath is a beautiful way to support your journey. We will carefully select different instruments to create vibrational waves such as Gong, Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, Hand pan, Flow Chimes, Euphonic, Voice and Drum. These instruments will naturally guide you into a state of blissful relaxation, similar to that of deep meditation. In this state, your body is able to find homeostasis and the body - mind complex is able to find peacefulness, connecting fully with your inherent wisdom.
The session will start with breathwork and a short guided meditation taking you to place of receptivity. You will be invited to lie down, wrap yourself in a blanket and allow waves of sounds to ‘wash’ over you and move through you. The Sound Bath is an opportunity to release what is no longer in alignment and to invite in qualities that expand our awareness.
On the day bring everything you need to be comfortable and get the most from your experience, this may include: a yoga mat, pillows for your head and maybe under your knees, blankets - even a duvet or a sleeping bag if you want to be super comfy! 😴☺️. A journal to write down any inspirations that follow and a water bottle.
Doors will open 7pm. There will be no entry after 7.15pm so make sure you arrive in time to get settled. Afterwards we will give you a chance to feedback, get grounded before you drive home and also hangout with some lovely like-minded folks.
