About the Workshop
This intimate workshop offers a gentle introduction to hypnosis as a pathway into the inner world—supporting exploration of the shadow and deepening connection to intuition.
Through a grounded, body-aware approach, hypnosis is used not as control or suggestion, but as a softening into awareness—a way to listen more closely to the parts of ourselves that have been quiet, hidden, or waiting to be met with care.
Rather than focusing on fixing or analyzing, this space is centered on discovery, integration, and authentic self-relationship.

• Gentle, body-aware movement to settle and prepare the system
• Hypnosis-informed meditation for inward listening and intuitive access
• Intuitive art exploration as a way to express and integrate what arises
